My name is Sam Myerchin, and fitness has been a part of my life for over a decade. I’ve spent the last 10+ years training consistently and pushing my own limits, which taught me the value of discipline, patience, and proper programming. That same passion led me to become a coach, and for the past 3 years I’ve been helping people move, feel, and perform better through personalized training.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Conditioning, and I’ve completed advanced education through Pre-Script Level 1 and Skill Acquisition, which allows me to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. My coaching goes beyond just sets and reps—I focus on building resilient, strong, and capable bodies that last a lifetime. What drives me most is seeing clients achieve what they once thought was out of reach. Whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or creating healthier daily habits, I meet people where they’re at and guide them step by step toward their goals.
At The Mecca Strength Club, my goal is simple: to give you the tools, structure, and accountability to transform not only your fitness, but your confidence and lifestyle as a whole.

My name is Dan Palmer, and fitness has been a passion of mine for over a decade. From my early love of sports to years of dedicated training, I’ve learned firsthand the value of discipline, resilience, and growth through movement.
As a five-year Marine Corps infantry veteran, I bring a unique level of grit, focus, and leadership to my coaching. My experience in the military, along with years spent in various team-building and leadership roles, has shaped the way I guide others—not just in the gym, but in life.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Business, combining my knowledge of training with strong leadership and organizational skills. My true drive comes from helping people push past limitations and achieve their goals, no matter their starting point.
At The Mecca Strength Club, my mission is simple: to lead by example, empower others, and positively influence as many lives as possible through fitness, discipline, and community.
